*PRODUCT RETURN TERMS*

1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
2. Returns must be initiated within one week from the date of the invoice.
3. Before returning the product, you must contact a sales representative regarding the return process.
4. If the distributor is located outside the local area, the cost of shipping the product back to the company must be covered by the distributor.
5. The return process will only be carried out if all the above conditions are met.
